摘    要:高准确度在线测量大型回转体工件的直径是长期困扰人们的一个难题。本文介绍了一种大直径工件在线测量的新技术,其基本原理是"多滚压轮"测量法,它减小了传统单滚压轮法因存在滚压轮打滑、变形和温度场变化等问题而引入的测量误差。

Abstract:How to measure a large diameter workpiece on line is a puzzling problem to technician for a long time.A new technology to measure the large diameter workpiece on line with high accuracy is introduced in the article.It is based on the measurement principle of the contact pressure rollers.It has overcome the problems,such as slipping and deformation of single contact pressure roller,measurement error caused by temperature change,etc.
