Realization of Accurately Timing Based on Windows Environment

Firstly, the paper narrates the executing mechanism of message in windows environment, secondly, compares with several kinds of precise timer in common use under windows. Finally, we design a kind of high precise timer with multithreading technology. After practically testing, the experiments validate the high precise performance of the timer, the communication task on the timing by a millisecond is fulfilled with satisfaction.
