| 摘 要： | 为发展和应用工业CT测量技术,提高航空零部件无损检测质量,我们在现有工业CT机二维计算机层析的基础上,使用三维重建专业软件VGStudio MAX 2.0,对被检工件的系列二维CT图进行重建,得到三维数据模型。计算机重建的工件可以实现更高级的几何显示功能、结构复杂部位的尺寸测量以及缺陷的检测分析,让人们对产品的整体结构和质量有更为全面、深刻的了解。

| Abstract: | To develop the measurement technique of Industrial Computed Tomography（ICT） and obtain a higher NDT quality for aircraft parts,we reconstructed 2D ICT images by using software VGStudio MAX 2.0.Three dimensional models of the testing parts were produced.Many advanced applications such as 3D demonstration,size measurement of complicated part as well as defects analysis were carried out,so that we can deeply know the structure and the quality of a product. |
