摘    要:非线性电感式压差传感器具有调幅信号输出、输出与压力成非线性、输出受供电波形与负载影响等特殊性。为了对非线性电感式压差传感器的幅频响应和相频响应进行校准,设计了一套专门的动态压力校准方法和系统,并特别对调幅信号解调方法进行了分析和验证比较,对线性法进行了研究。利用该系统成功完成了某两型非线性电感式压差传感器的频率响应测试。

Abstract:Nonlinear inductive differential pressure transducers have several specialties,such as AM output,nonlinear output,influence of power supply and load.In order to test the amplitude and phase frequency response of the nonlinear inductive differential pressure transducers,a set of special dynamic calibration method and system was designed.Especially two AM signal demodulation methods are analyzed,validated and compared.The linearization method is also investigated.Using the system,the frequency responses of two nonlinear differential pressure transducers's were tested successfully.
