摘    要:提出了利用PIC16F87X单片机控制SA8282产生SPWM波驱动智能IGBT,以逆变出纯正弦交流电的硬件和软件设计方案.采用数字PID电压调节,提高了稳态输出电压的精度和稳定性.试验结果表明,该电源输出波形良好,性能满足要求.

Abstract:In this paper, the hardware and software designs have been proposed based on single chip microcomputer of PIC16F87X to control SA8282, drive IGBT, and in order to generate the AC pure sinusoid on the basic of static-inverter. With the digital PID modulation the precision and stabilization of the output voltage of the power supply have been enhanced. Experimental results show the output voltage waveform is good, and the performance meets the requirement.
