| 摘 要： | 随着嵌入武产品的不断发展,对存储设备的要求也越来越高.本文以NANDFlash为例,介绍了大容量NANDFlash在嵌入式系统中的设计与应用,并提出了一种消除文件写入NANDFlash时出现坏块影响的方法.同时对基于NANDFlash的管理软件FMM的实现算法进行了优化,提高了效率和性能.

| Abstract: | Following the development of the embedded system, the requirement of the NAND type flash memory equips is higher and higher. Taking the NAND flash as an example, the application and design of the large capacity NAND Flash in embedded system is presented. A method for eliminating the influence of the bad block appearance when the file is writting is put forward, The algorithm of the management softwore FMM based on the NAND Flash is optimized. And then the efficiency and performance are enhanced. |
