摘    要:设计了一种新的小力值测量装置,该装置使用了压电陶瓷促动器、力传感器、电子天平和计算机控制。用PID控制法进行闭环控制试验研究,达到了较高的控制精度。

Abstract:In this paper a new force measuring facility is presented.A piezoelectric actuator ,a force transducer and a electronic beJance are used for the system and the system is controlled with computer.The closed loop experimentation has been carried out using PID control method and the system has reached very high precision.
