水银温度计视觉检定系统中的数字图像处理技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于计算机视觉的水银温度计自动检定系统。首先构建了水银温度计自动检定系统的体系结构,重点研究了数字图像处理技术在温度计读数上的应用,研究了直方图均衡化处理,并根据OTSU原理,把温度计图像进行分割,采用Canny算子提取温度计边缘,并根据Hough变换得到温度计刻度线和液柱,最后给出了与人工读数对比的实验结果及结论。

Abstract:A mercury thermometer inspection system based on computer vision is presented.The structure of this inspection system is illustrated.The technology of image processing about thermometer reading recognizing is presented in detail.The histogram equalization processing is studied,and in accordance with the principle of OTSU,the thermometer image is segmented.The edges of thermometer graduation are recognized by the method of Canny,and the thermometer scale and the liquid column are obtained based on Hough transform.Finally,the experiment results of comparison with the manual reading and conclusions are given.
