| 摘 要： | 高压软管脉冲试验，是检测液压软管在制造过程中材质和接头压接质量的重要手段之一，从而保证飞机在进行各种科目飞行时，高压软管在高压脉冲下不破裂，不漏油。本文介绍一种结构简单、脉冲压力变化大、频率变化快，适合各种软管压力脉冲试验的新技术、新方法。

| Abstract: | The high - pressure hose impulse test is the major means for checking the material and the pressure welding quality of the hydraulic hose in manufacturing process, which ensures the hose will not leak and burst under the high pressure impulse while the aircraft performing the various flying subjects. This paper introduces a new technology characterized by simple in structure, wide impulse all kinds of hose impulse pressure pressure range, fast in frequency variation, which fits for tests. |
