摘    要:针对某型教练机发动机油门操纵系统支座裂纹现象,对其进行了材料特性、安装位置及形式、载荷、强度校核、装配应力和理化分析,结果表明,铆钉孔周向干涉配合或强迫装配使其上壁板与背板交界拐角处弯曲产生的拉应力,使表面防护层被破坏,随后在拉应力和腐蚀环境的共同作用下导致支座开裂.

Abstract:With regard to the crack emerged on the driving support of the engine throttle control system of a trainer, the analysis was made on material characteristics, mounting position and form, physical/chemical features of the support, support load, strength cheek and assembly stress. The result shows that eireumferential interference fitting or forced assembly around rivet holes produces tensile stress on interfaced corner between the upper panel and back board, which damaged the exterior protective layer and subsequently resulted in cracks under joint effect of tensile stress and corrosive environment.
