试论资本经营

重要论述了什么是资本经营、为什么要搞资本经营和怎样搞资本经营的问题。文中提出了一些新观点：（１）资本是一种能占取剩余价值的价值，因而能保值增值，资金是资产的货币表现，它本身不能保值增值；（２）社会主义市场经济，劳动者的劳动也创造剩余价值，只是它被国家或全民或集体所占取；（３）企业家必须是本企业的主要股东，并精通和主持本企业的经营管理。

Trial Statement on Capital Operation

This paper describes emphatically what capital operation means and why capital operalion should be calTied on. This paper also puts forward some new viewpoints as follows: (1 ) Capital is a kind of value which can gain surplus value, thus itcan keep and increase value. Fund is the currency expression of asset and it can not keep and increase value; (2) the labour also creates surplus value under condition of socialist market economy, which is merely gained by the state, the whole people or collective; (3) the entrepreneur must be the main shareholder of this enterprise and be profieient in managing this enterprise.
