| 摘 要： | 低温成型U型峰窝夹层板是一种新开发的低成本成型工艺。本文研究了木模成型环氧玻璃钢面板、Nomex峰窝芯U型夹层结构航空制件的三步骤工艺方案,分析解决了板芯粘接性能、抗压强度、重量控制的低温成型工艺难点。

| Abstract: | U-shaped honeycomb sandwich forming at low temperature is a newly de veloped, and lower cost forming processing. This paper describes the study on th e processing of 3 steps in forming by wood die the aviation parts of epoxy FRP p anel and Nomex honeycomb u-shaped sandwich structure,and analysis and solution of three technical difficulties, i.e. panel core adhesion performance, compressi ve strength, weight control. |
