奥氏体不锈钢酸洗溶液成份测定方法

摘    要:研究了不锈钢酸洗溶液主成份的分析方法,并对各项影响测定的参数做了优化试验。对溶液中硝酸钠、氯化钠和硫酸进行8次测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈5%。用标准加入法溶液做回收率试验,测得平均回收率在90%~100%之间。

Abstract:Analysis method is studied on main composition of acid pickling solution for austenitic stainless steel, optimized tests have been done for each parameters having effect on the test. Through 8 tests done for the sodium nitrate, sodium chloride and sulfuric acid of the solution, it gained the relative standard deviation (RSD) 〈 5%. Test for recycle is: performed with standard addition method and the average recycling rate measured in the range of 90% - 100%
