介绍了"厂所分离"与"厂所一体"两种特定航空企业体制下的企业业务现状,分析了在全数字化研发-制造协同的业务需求下,"厂所协同"是实现全数字化研发-制造的最优选择,并在此基础上构建了全数字化研发-制造一体化的企业业务流程模型,探讨了基于"厂所协同"数字化业务流程模型的航空产品研发-制造集成应用集成平台架构技术,同时,对这种集成架构平台保证产品单一数据源、消除信息孤岛以及对其数据相应的实时性、可扩展性进行了阐述。

Study on Aviation Products Development-Manufacture Integrated Platform Construction based on the Cooperation of Factory and Institute

This paper introduces the enterprise business situation under the two specific aviation enterprise systems(i.e.factory-institute separation and factory-institute integration),analyses that the "factory-institute cooperation " is the optimum selection for realizing full-digital development-manufacture under the business demand for full-digital development-manufacture cooperation,based on that constructs the full-digital,development-manufacture integrated enterprise business flow model,discusses the aviation products development-manufacture integrated application platform construction technique based on the "factory-institute cooperation " digitized business flow model,meanwhile,it also expounds the assurance of unique data source and elimination of information island by the integrally constructed platform and real-time performance and expandability corresponding to the data.
