铌合金MoSi2抗氧化涂层制备及组织性能分析

摘    要:在铌合金棒试样上喷涂Mo粉高温烧结制得Mo层,然后在添加活化剂的Si粉中扩散渗制得Mo-Si2涂层。微观形貌分析表明涂层均匀致密,通过扩散与基材形成过渡层,结合力较好。抗氧化及抗热震试验验证了MoSi2涂层具有良好的综合性能。长时间氧化试验后涂层表面生成比较纯的玻璃质SiO2层,不仅隔绝氧气,也能填补涂层表面空隙。

Abstract:The Mo coatings is prepared by high temperature sinter of Mo powder sprayed on columbium alloys sample, and then MoSi2 coatings is prepared by pack cementation on the sample. SEM research shows that the coatings is well-proportioned and compact, transition layer is formed by diffuse, which integrate well with basal alloys. Oxidation-resistant and shock testing validate excellent compositive capability for MoSi2 coatings. Glassiness SiO2 layer is formed on the surface of coatings after exposure long time, which can isolation of oxygen and fills in interstice on the surface of coatings.
