纤维增强基于α-BPDA 聚酰亚胺复合材料性能

摘    要:为了考察基于α-BPDA聚酰亚胺复合材料的高温性能,制备了纤维增强复合材料,进行了高温力学和热物理性能的测试。研究结果表明纤维增强复合材料的T5d分解温度为565℃;Tg超过471℃;在450℃下的弯曲强度保持率大于42%,弯曲模量保持率大于55%,短梁剪切强度保持率超过44%;400℃空气热老化50 h后碳纤维复合材料的弯曲强度保持率66%,弯曲模量保持率为95%;300、500℃的石英增强复合材料的热导率分别为0.503和0.657 W/(m.K)。

Abstract:To understand the properties of the fiber reinforced polyimide composite based on 2,3,3′,4′-biphenyl-tetracarboxcylic anhydride(a-BPDA) at high temperature,composite samples were preparel using carbon fiber and quartz fiber as reinforcement.The T5d decomposition temperature and Tg of composites were 565℃ and 471℃.The experimental results show that the retention of flexural strength,moduli and interlaminate strength of composites are 42%,55%,44% at 450℃,respectively;after treated 50 hours at 400℃ in air the retention of flexural strength and moduli of carbon fiber reinforced composites are 66% and 95%;and the coefficient transmit heat of quartz fiber reinforced composites at 300℃,500℃ are 0.503 and 0.657W/(m·K).
