摘    要:以天然石墨为原料,进行多组元掺杂制备了SiC-B4C-ZrC/C复合材料。研究了ZrO2的加入量对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:加入少量的(小于8%)ZrO2石墨材料的力学性能和电学性能明显得到提高;而继续添加ZrO2,石墨材料的力学性能和电学性能则有所下降。

Abstract:SiC B 4C Zr C/C composites were prepared using natural graphite as raw material and adulterated components as additives. Effects of ZrO 2 additive and natural graphite on properties of the composites were studied. It was found that the properties of composites went up with increase of ZrO 2 additive content(less than 8%) at the beginning,and then went down with the continual increase of ZrO 2 additive content.
