| 摘 要： | 初步探索了熔融浸渍法制备碳纤维增强PEEK预浸带的制备工艺。通过热失重、流变性能、力学性能等试验，探索了不同工艺参数对碳纤维增强PEEK预浸带性能的影响，进而制定了制备碳纤维增强PEEK预浸带较优的工艺参数。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the technology of carbon fiber reinforced PEEK prepreg produced by melt impregnation is investigated. The influence of different technical parameters on fiber reinforced PEEK prepreg is studied by TG, rheological behavior and mechanical tests. The proper technical parameters of PEEK prepreg are formulated according to these tests. |
