热塑性树脂改性环氧基体配方研究

摘    要:对热塑性树脂聚醚酮(PEK)改性环氧体系进行了探索性研究,结果表明,E-51/PEK体系有一定增韧效果,且耐热性没有下降,并对该共混体系的微观结构进行分析,从理论上初步分析了该共混体系的机理。QJ1^#环氧/PEK共混体系中,PEK树脂包裹环氧树脂球形颗粒形成了网络-球粒结构,这种结构有一定的增韧效果。

Abstract:PEK thermoplastic resin modified epoxy system was investigated. Test results show that toughness of E 51/PEK system is improved, and heat resistance doesn't decrease at same time. The microscopic structure of the blend system is examined. The structure of continuous net and isolated particles is obtained,which may explain the improved thoughness in QJ1 # epoxy/PEK system.
