摘    要:对B/Al复合管材进行了整体轴压破坏试验,并对材料基本力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,管材轴压的理论计算值比试验破坏值小得多,平均修正系数达1.57;管材基本力学性能σ拉伸、E拉伸分别达到了1130MPa,228GPa,σ压缩、E压缩达到了2510MPa,243GPa。对管材破坏模式的研究认为,为了提高管子的压缩破坏载荷,必须减小管子与接头处的应力集中,改进管子的成型工艺,尽力消除管子成型模具接缝处的薄弱区。

Abstract:Axial compress destructive tests of B/Al tubes are performed and their basic mechanical properties are measured.Test results show that theoretical calculating data of the axial compress properties of tubes are much lower than that of the real test results,and an average coefficient of 1.57 is needed to correct the calculating results.Tensile strength and modulus of the B/Al tubes can reach 1 130 MPa and 228 GPa,and compressive strength and modulus reach 2 510 MPa and 243 GPa average on.In order to increase the compressive strength of the tube,stress concentration in tube ends and joints has to be decreased and processing technology has to be improved to eliminate weak area resulted from tube mold gaps.
