复合材料舱体软木粘贴

摘    要:分析了引起复合材料舱体软木粘贴质量问题的原因。按GD414和717胶的技术条件要求,对HYJ-51、J-48胶与GD414、717胶进行对比,选用HYJ-51胶并进行工艺适用性改进,如延长胶粘剂适用期等。探索了口框局部缺陷修补方法、基材表面处理、加压方式。通过软木粘贴工艺的改进,提高了口盖与口框的装配质量、软木粘贴质量、软木外表面涂层附着质量。

Abstract:Reasons for quality problems of adhesive bond between cork sheets and composite cabin are analyzed.According to requirement of adhesive GD414 and 717,mechanical properties of HYJ-51 and J-48 adhesives are studied to replace the GD414 and 717 adhesives. The HYJ-51 is determined and improved on its processing adaptability such as extension of pot life of the adhesive.Substrate surface treatment,exerting pressure method and repair technique to deal with local defects around frames are investigated too.Better assembly qualities of covers with frames,better bond qualities of cork sheets and outside coatings are obtained through above improments on adhesives and its processings.
