复合材料粘接结构超声声谐振检测技术

摘    要:分析了超声声谐振检测技术原理,采用该技术对编织石英/酚醛树脂复合材料粘接结构进行了检测技术研究.结果表明:采用所建立的超声声谐振检测装置,对于厚度为7和9 mm编织石英/酚醛树脂复合材料粘接结构可分别实现Ф10和Ф15 mm以上的脱粘缺陷检测.

Abstract:The ultrasonic resonant NDT technique was analytically discussed and the inspection technology of
composite bond structures was studied with the developed ultrasonic resonant equipment,the result suggests that the
debond defects more than 10 mm in the bond structures for the composite layer of 7 mm thick, and the debond defects more than 15 mm in the bond structures for the composite layer of 9 mm thick can be found out.
