| Abstract: | In the thesis, the measuring methods of electromagnetic parameters of magnetic thin film and the technical features in the last 15 years are summed up, which include strip-line method, micro-strip line method, waveguide method, coplanar waveguide method, terminal impedance method, terminal short-circuit method and resonant cavity method. |
