摘    要:介绍了激光熔覆的机理;激光熔覆的工艺,组织性能;激光熔覆的应用;激光熔覆存在的主要问题及解决的措施等各方面的研究发展状况,指出了激光熔覆的今后发展方向。

Abstract:In this paper, the research and development of laser cladding on different aspects, such as laser cladding's mechanism, parameters, microstructure, properties and application etc., are indriuced. The problems needing furtherstudy are pointed out, including the metallung quality of cladding lay, cracks, micro-eliquation, micro-stress. The developing trends of stress/strain dyndric relation, layer/matrix interface stress educing, gradient materials study, high powerlaser equipment accssories, cladding methods and stability of adding elements are also presented.
