搅拌摩擦焊缺陷补焊工艺及性能分析

摘    要:针对2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊的沟槽缺陷,用搅拌摩擦焊方法进行了补焊工艺研究,并对补焊焊缝的组织及性能进行了分析.结果表明,可以用搅拌摩擦焊的方法修复沟槽缺陷,二次补焊后的接头性能与单道焊时的接头性能相比没有变化,焊接变形小,且操作简单、方便.

Abstract:Some technical research and scientific experiments are carried out in allusion to the groove fault after friction stir welding of the material of 2219 aluminum alloy.The component and property of the welding line are analyzed as well.The results indicate that the property of the joint tie-in after secondary overlaying welding is as good as that of the primal welding line.Moreover,the distortion caused by jointing is small and the operation is simple and convenient.According to the results above,the groove fault can be repaired by the method of Friction stir welding.
