摘    要:以氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为基体,分别添加有机纤维1、有机纤维2、碳纤维粉和纳米无机物,通过形貌分析和X射线能谱仪(EDS),研究不同用量下不同烧蚀填料对HNBR烧蚀性能及力学性能的影响,发现在该试验条件下,添加有机纤维1和纳米无机物的HNBR能获得较好的烧蚀性能;添加有机纤维1时HNBR材料的力学性能很差,纳米无机物的加入对其力学性能影响不大;添加有机纤维2和碳纤维粉的HNBR力学性能变化不大,但烧蚀性能不理想。

Abstract:Organic fiber 1,organic fiber 2,carbon fiber powder and nanoinorganic substance were added to HN
BR matrix respectively. By morphology analysis and Xray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS),the effect of different amount of different fillers on ablation performance and mechanical properties of HNBR was studied. It is foundthat HNBR with organic fiber 1 and nano inorganic substance possesses good ablation performance. HNBR with organic fiber 1 has poor mechanical properties,while nano inorganic substance have little impact on mechanical properties ofHNBR. HNBR with organic fiber 2 and carbon fiber powders has little impact on mechanical properties but unsatisfactory ablation performance.
