J210-8绝热层的研制及其应用

摘    要:针对某型号固体火箭发动机的防热要求,采用芳纶纤维、卤锑阻燃体系研制了新三元乙丙橡胶绝热层,配方中加入不饱和羧酸金属盐和某烷基酚醛树脂,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了3MPa和200%。同时采用纳米陶瓷粉体提高了碳层的致密性,线烧蚀率由原来的0.12~0.14mm/s,降为0.086~0.12mm/s,最终研制的J210-8绝热层已成功应用于30s固体火箭发动机的燃烧室防热中。

Abstract:New EPDM insulation is prepared by using aramid fiber and halogen S system to satisfy the need of heat-protection of some solid rocket motor. In the process of saturated metal carboxylic acid and alkyl-phenolic resin are added. Stretch strength and b-containing the formula elongation flame retardant preparation, unat break are increased by 3 MPa and 200% respectively. In the meantime, the compactness of the remainder carbon layer is enhanced and the linear ablation rate is decreased from 0.12 - 0.14 mm/s to 0. 086 - 0.12 mm/s by adding some nanoceramic powder to the insulation formula. J210 -8 insulation developed by our institute has good performances and is successfully applied in chamber heat-insulation of 30 s solid rocket motor.
