摘    要:采用扫描电镜下的动态拉伸手段,原位观察SiCp/LD10复合材料在动态受载条件下复合材料内部裂纹形成、扩展直至断裂的全过程,结果发现裂纹主要在SiC和基体截面、断裂颗粒和内部原始缺陷处形核,整个裂纹的生长过程是在主裂纹前端应力集中区内多个微裂纹形核、长大,相互连结,然后汇集到和主应力垂直方向上,形成宏观裂纹。

Abstract:With tensile loading under SEM, the nucleation, propagation of cracks to fracture of SiC p/LD10 composites were observed dynamically. It was discovered that cracks nucleated mainly at the interface of SiC p/LD10, fractured particles and original defects. The whole process of crack formation was that micro cracks nucleated, propagated and linked each other in the stress concentration zone of the tip of the main crack,then combined in the perpendicular direction of main stress to from a macro crack.
