POSS改性传统聚合物的研究进展

摘    要:综述了多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)改性传统聚合物的作用及其应用;介绍了POSS的纳米级笼形结构、良好的热力学和化学稳定性及耐热、阻燃等以及溶胶一凝胶法合成.POSS的优缺点。重点介绍了POSS改性传统聚合物的作用:如提高聚合物的使用温度,降低聚合物的介电常数,提高改性体系的力学性能和阻燃性能。并指出POSS改性传统聚合物在航空航天领域及塑料工业中的应用,对POSS改性传统聚合物的增强机理及POSS新的合成途径作了展望。

Abstract:The significance and application of reinforcement of conventional polymers by POSS are reviewed. At first, the nanometer level cage structure, good thermodynamical and chemical stability and inflaming retarding properties, and relative merits of sol-gel synthetic method of POSS are introduced. Moreover, the functions of modifying conventional polymers by POSS are presented, including improving the service temperature of polymer, lowering the dielectric constant of polymer, enhancing the mechanical performance of modified system and reinforcing the flame retardance of polymer. Then the applications of reinforcing conventional polymers by POSS in the fields such as aerospace field and plastic industry are indicated. In the end, the enhancement mechanism of POSS modifying conventional polymers and the new synthetic method are predicted.
