| Abstract: | An introduction is presented for the CVD process of the high temperature, oxidation-resistant iridumcoated-rhenium thruster. Some studies about the related properties of iridium and rhenium, the diffusion of the elememtsin Ir/Re composite material, the oxidation behavior of Ir - Re alloys and the life prediction of iridium coated-rheniumthruster are summarized. |
