| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电镜－图像仪联机系统，定量测量压铸态ＳｉＣＷ／６０６１Ａｌ材料中晶须取向分布。借助Ｘ射线应力仪，测定复合材料中的残余应力。结果表明，晶须在垂直压铸方向有择优性，残余应力在垂直压铸方向的分量较大。随温度升高，残科应力的变化为：拉应力，零应力－压应力，各应力分量具有相近的零应力温度。

| Abstract: | The oritentation of whisker in squeeze casting SiCW/Al composites is mearsured by SEM and image analyser. The residual stress is measured by X - ray stress analyser. Results show that the whisker prefers orientation normalto the direction of squeeze, and there is a large stress normal to the direction of squeeze. With a series of testing temperature, the residual stress varies from positive to zero and then to negative, there are similar zero residual stress temperaturein different direction. Residual stress and zero residual stress tempelature can be reduced by low - temperature treatment. |
