Apmoc-Ⅱ和Kevlar-49纤维结晶的X射线衍射分析研究

摘    要:采用X射线衍射(XRD)方法与理论,对Apmoc—I和Kevlar—49纤维进行了X射线衍射测试。应用图解分峰法对衍射图中结晶峰与非结晶峰进行了分离,分别计算出各结晶峰与非结晶峰的相对积分强度,从而计算出各自结晶度及晶面间距的大小,其中Apmoc—I和Kevlar—49纤维的结晶度分别为52.34%与68.68%,同时分析了两种纤维结晶程度、晶面间距差别的原因。然后把两种纤维分别溶于浓H2SO4,再加蒸馏水使其重新从H2SO4溶液中析出,用同样的方法分析了析出粉末的结晶状况。最后讨论了两种纤维结晶状况与其物理和力学性能的关系。

Abstract:By multiple peak separation method,the XRD patterns of Apmoc II and Kevlar 49 original fibres were respectively separated into crystal peaks and amorphous halo. Based on the XRD theory,the crystallinity was determined and the distance between crystalline surfaces was also detected, the crystalline states of Apmoc II and Kevlar 49 powders which were deposited from concentrated H 2SO 4 solution were studied separately.Finally, the effects of crystalline structure of the two fibres to their physical and mechanical properties were discussed in the paper.
