BN改性碳基复合材料氧化行为的研究

摘    要:对采用热压一次成型方法制备的C/BN复合材料、热压成型的C/BN复合材料用热固性配醛对脂浸渍后的材料和用硼酸浸渍过的普通石墨材料等三种材料作了不同温度、不同时间的氧化实验,考察了他们的抗氧化能力。结果表明热压成型的C/BN复合材料作坯体,经热固性酚醛树脂浸渍、碳化后的材料具有良好的抗氧化性能。

Abstract:Three samples of C/BN composites by hot pressing,C/BN composites impregnated by thermosetting phenolic resins and graphite impregnated by boric acid were prepared. The influence of time and temperature were investigated in oxidation test. The results show that oxidation resistance of C/BN composites impregnated by thermosetting phenolic resins was better than that of others.
