刚性隔热材料的力学性能

摘    要:采用纤维烧结法制备了刚性隔热材料,研究了材料密度、纤维取向、测试温度、与气凝胶复合等因素对材料力学强度的影响规律.结果表明:隔热材料力学强度随着密度的提高而增加;隔热材料平面方向拉伸和压缩强度均达到厚度方向的4倍以上;800和1 000℃下,材料的压缩强度保持率分别达到90%和50%;与气凝胶复合后隔热材料在拉伸强度维持不变的情况下,压缩强度增加35%以上.

Abstract:Rigid thermal insulating materials (RTIM) were prepared from ceramic fibers through sintering. The effects of density, fiber orientation, test temperature and composition with aerogel on the mechanical properties of the RTIM were investigated. The results indicate that the mechanical properties of the RTIM increase with the increasing of the density. Tensile and compressive properties of the RTIM in plane direction are four times larger than that in thickness direction. The compressive properties of the RTIM at 800℃ and 1 000℃ are 90% and 50% of those at room temperature respectively. The compressive properties of composites increased by 35 % after composition with aerogel, while the tensile properties of composites keep unchanged.
