摘    要:针对SiCp增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al)的熔化焊接,尤其是高能束焊接,围绕焊缝成形、有害相Al4C3生成、焊接气孔等影响该类材料焊接质量的若干问题,从形成机理、影响因素、控制措施等方面,综述了该领域的研究现状,指出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Current research situation of fusion welding, especially high energy density welding, of A1-MMCs Reinforced with SiCp,also known as SiCp/Al, is reviewed. Main problems associated with fusion welding,such as weld forming, formation of A14 C3 compounds and weld porosity, are analyzed in terms of formation mechanism, influencing factors and preventing measures. Recommendations are subsequently made for future research.
