碳密封材料的研究进展及其在航空航天领域的应用

摘    要:对近年来国内外碳密封材料研究进展及应用进行了概述。对碳密封材料进行了分类。介绍了碳密封材料的制作工艺。把高强石墨密封件与C/C复合材料密封件进行了对比分析,指出C/C复合材料密封件具有比高强石墨密封件高出3~6倍的弯曲强度,是未来空间领域中很有前途的一种摩擦密封材料。

Abstract:New research and application of carbon sealing material both at home and abroad are reviewed. The carbon sealing materials are classified. The manufacture technology is also introduced. The performance contrast between high strength graphite sealing and C/C sealing material is analyzed in this paper. The results show that the C/C flexural properties is 3 - 6 times higher than that of high strength graphite sealing material and the C/C com- posites is a promising material in space friction and sealing field.
