耐烧蚀、低密度三元乙丙橡胶绝热层的研制

摘    要:采用过氧化物硫化体系,芳纶纤维和耐烧蚀树脂作为耐烧蚀填料,阻燃剂为无卤的含磷阻燃剂,并通过L9(3^3)正交实验确定了含磷阻燃剂、耐烧蚀树脂、气相二氧化硅的最佳用量分别为25份、15份、15份。确定最佳配方和工艺生产出的三元乙丙橡胶绝热层密度为1.06—1.07g/cm^3,线烧蚀率为0.099mm/s,质量烧蚀率为0.043g/s,满足了某固体火箭发动机燃烧室内壁绝热层的技术要求。

Abstract:Peroxide-vulcanized technology is used for preparation of the insulation.Aramid fiber, phosphorus-containing flame retardant and ablative resin are added in formulation as ablative fillers.The optimum contents of phosphorus-containing flame retardant, aramid fiber and air-phase silicon dioxide are 25,15 and 15 parts respectively through L 9(3 3) orthogonal design.The optimum properties of the set EPDM rubber insulation are as follows: density 1.06 to 1.07 g/cm 3, linear ablative rate 0.099mm/s, mass ablative rate 0.043g/s.All these properties can satisfy technology need of insulator for some solid racket motor.
