D406A超高强度钢的钻削性能研究

摘    要:针对D406A超高强度钢的性能特点,选用了五种麻花钻进行钻削试验。结果表明,HSP15含钴超硬高速钢麻花钻较适于经热处理强化后D406A超高强度钢的钻削加工,且在钻头几何参数和钻削用量选择合理、使用合适切削液的条件下,可有效地改善D406A超高强度钢的钻削性能。

Abstract:According to the features of D406A super-high strength steel,five twist drills of different cutting tool material are selected to carry out the drilling tests.The results show that HSP15 super-hardness high-speed steel is better cutting tool material for drilling D406A.Its drilling performances are effectively improved when the twist drills'geometric parameters and cutting parameters are suitably!selected,and a suitable cutting fluid is used.
