高硅氧玻璃纤维布增强聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料介电性能研究

摘    要:对高硅氧玻璃纤维布增强聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的含胶量、成型压力、烧结温度及环境湿度等多种因素对其介电性能的影响进行了较为系统的实验研究。结果表明,高硅氧玻璃纤维布增强聚;上氟乙烯复合材料在上述因素影响下,其介电常数在2.90 ̄3.30的范围内变化,其中环境湿度是主要的影响因素。

Abstract:A systematic experimental study was conducted to define the influence of many factors, including PTFE content, processing pressure, processing temperature and environmental humidity, on the dielectric properties of high silica glass cloth reinforced PTFE composite. The results showed that its dielectric constant changes in the scope of 2.90 to 3.30 under the influence of the factors mentioned above, among which the environmental humidity is a dominant one.
