无螺栓高压压气机转子结构分析

摘    要:根据新一代高负荷高压压气机结构设计需求,引入无螺栓高压压气机结构设计概念,从结构强度、部件质量和寿命等多方面对比分析了有无螺栓连接的高压压气机结构的区别,并对无螺栓高压压气机转子结构设计难点进行了初步分析。结果表明:无螺栓转子结构具有成本低、质量轻和便于装配等多项技术优点,能够满足多种类型航空发动机的需求,具有很好的结构通用性。

Structure Analysis of No Bolted High Pressure Compressor Rotor

Abstract:A no bolted high pressure compressor (HPC) structure design concept was introduced based on new generation high load HPC structure design requirement. Thestructure analysis of the bolted HPC and no bolted I-IPC was conducted from structure strength, components quality and lifetime. The design difficulty of no bolted HPC was analyzed preliminarily. The results show that the no bolted structure have low cost, light quality, simple to assembly, and can meet kinds of aeroengine requirement.
