航改燃气轮机高低压压气机匹配技术研究

摘    要:为适应航改燃气轮机研制需求,对其高低压压气机匹配技术进行了深入分析和研究.在完成设计压比相差大的高低压压气机设计特点和匹配特点研究基础上,利用多软件数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,制定了设计压比相差大的高低压压气机匹配的技术措施,并将技术措施落实到了全新设计的5级低压压气机设计中.5级压气机试验件试验结果全面达到或超过了设计指标要求,同时经燃气发生器技术平台验证结果表明:高低压压气机匹配良好,相关匹配设计技术为今后航改燃气轮机的研制提供了技术储备.

Abstract:In order to adapt development demand, the matching technology between HPC and LPC was analyzed and studied deeply for one of the key technologies of aero-derivative gas turbine. The technology methods were made using the combination between multi-software simulation and theory analysis method based on the design and matching characteristics of the bigger pressure ratio of HPC and LPC, The methods were applied to the new design of the fifth LPC. The rig test results meet and exceed the design requirement. The gas generator technology verification results show that the matching techonlogy is better for HPC and LPC and can provide technical foundation for aero-derivative gas turbine.
