航空发动机涡轮机匣传热分析技术研究

摘    要:通过数值仿真和基础试验系统研究了涡轮机匣的传热特点,建立了高压涡轮机匣传热分析方法。总结机匣传热分析的主要技术环节,开展了机匣关键部位的CFD流动换热数值分析,给出了机匣表面换热分布规律,通过换热试验修正了机匣表面换热分析方法;通过机匣的过渡态温度分析,建立了涡轮机匣传热分析工程方法。

Heat Transfer Analysis Technology of Aeroengine Turbine Casing

Abstract:The heat transfer characteristics of turbine casing was systematically studied by the numerical simulation and basic test, and the analysis method of heat transfer for the high pressure turbine casing was built. The main technology of casing heat transfer was summarized, CDF flow and heat transfer of casing key parts was analyzed, and the distribution law of casing surface heat-transfer was obtained. The analysis method of casing surface heat-transfer was corrected by test, and then the heat transfer engineering method of turbine casing was built by casing transient temperature analysis.
