摘    要:在航空发动机进气总压畸变试验研究中,带有畸变发生器的地面模拟试验在发动机稳定性评定中具有重要作用。试验中通常采用多孔探针/探针梳/探针耙/PIV等测试方法对AIP及其他截面的流场参数进行测试。为了准确描述进气总压畸变的稳/动态特性,需要采用合适的数据处理方法对试验数据进行分析。基于国内外关于进气总压畸变地面模拟试验数据处理方法的研究现状,总结了试验中涉及的相关数据处理方法,分析了不同畸变指标、稳定性评定参数的特点,总结了滤波截止频率选取的方法及原则、相似原理在缩比模型试验中的应用以及总压畸变图谱的类型,对比分析了功率谱密度函数、相关性分析、幅值概率密度函数、小波分析、神经网络、POD分析及DMD分析等统计分析方法的应用特点。最后对航空发动机进气总压畸变地面试验数据处理方法的发展趋势进行了展望。

Review of Ground Test Data Processing Method of Aeroengine Inlet Total Pressure Distortion

Abstract:The ground simulation test with distortion generators was important in engine stability assessment in the investigations of aeroengine inlet total pressure distortion tests.The porous probe/probe comb/probe rake/PIV and other test methods were usually used to measure the flow field parameters of AIP and other sections in the test.In order to accurately describe the steady/dynamic characteristics of the inlet total pressure distortion,the appropriate data processing methods were required to analyze the test data.Based on the research status of ground simulation test data processing method of total inlet pressure distortion at home and abroad,the relevant data processing methods involved in the test were summarized and the characteristics of different distortion indexes and stability assessment parameters were analyzed.The methods and principles of filter cut-off frequency selection,the application of similar principles in scale-down model tests and the types of total pressure distortion maps were summarized.The application characteristics of power spectral density function,correlation analysis,amplitude probability density function,wavelet analysis,neural network,POD analysis and DMD analysis in statistical analysis methods were compared and analyzed.Finally,the development trend of the ground test data processing method for aeroengine inlet total pressure distortion is forecasted.
