舰船燃气轮机问冷器优化设计与性能分析

摘    要:板翅式换热器由于其高效紧凑的换热特点成为目前舰船燃气轮机间冷器的首选形式。借助板翅式换热器内部流动通道的换热和压降计算方法,针对舰船燃气轮机特点设计了模块化间冷换热器,并进行了间冷器结构参数优化分析。结合间冷器冷热介质流量对其性能的影响,合理优化设计冷热介质流量参数,分析了在燃气轮机非设计工况下间冷器的效率和气侧总压恢复系数的变化情况。
