摘    要:1次表面换热器凭借其高效紧凑的换热特点特别适用于舰船燃气轮机的间冷系统中。为其在燃气轮机间冷系统的应用提供设计指导,在保证间冷系统性能要求的前提下减小间冷器的尺寸和体积,开展液-气1次表面换热器的换热性能和压降研究。针对舰船燃气轮机设计点间冷器的典型热力参数和布置特点,设计了满足间冷系统性能要求的间冷器模块,给出并分析了所设计的间冷器在不同冷却淡水温度和流量下的换热器性能。结果表明:在燃气轮机非设计工况下间冷器的气侧出口温度和压降会随着燃气轮机负荷的下降呈近似线性下降,在燃气轮机低负荷时需注意气体中水冷凝问题。

Application of Primary Surface Heat Exchanger in Intercooler System of Marine Gas Turbine

Abstract:The primary surface heat exchanger takes such high efficiency and compactness that is extremely suitable for intercooler system of marine gas turbine. In order to guide the whole design for the application in intercooler system of marine gas turbine, the size and volume of intercooler was reduced on condition that the performance requirements of the intercooler system was guaranteed, and the investigation of heat transfer performance and pressure drop of liquid-gas primary surface heat exchanger was performed. According to the performance requirements and the layout characteristics of intercooler of the marine gas turbine, the intercooler module was designed, and the performance of the primary surface heat exchanger at different temperatures and mass flow rates of inlet water was come to results. The results show that the outlet temperature and pressure drop of air side decrease linearly with decreasing of gas turbine load and the vapor condensation should be considered in gas turbine running at low load
