摘 要: | 试验研究了主、径向涡流器旋流数、面积比、套筒扩张角等参数对双旋流进气装置冷态流场的影响。发现套筒扩张角对流场影响较大,尤其对切向速度的影响更大,是影响流场的关键因素,而主、径向涡流器旋流数比通常对流场影响不明显,主、径向涡流器流通面积比对流场影响较为复杂,在流通面积比接近时,尤其是旋流数也接近时,流场表现较为异常。

Abstract: | The effects of swirl number of primary swirler and radial swirler,area ratio and sleeve divergence angle on the cold flow field of double swirl air intake were investigated.The key factor was the sleeve divergence angle which has great impact on the flow field,especially greater impact on the tangential velocity.The effects of swirl number ratio of primary swirler to radial swirler on the flow field were not obvious,and the effects of area ratio of the primary swirler to radial swirler on the flow field were more complicated.When the flow area ratio was close to particularly the swirl number,the flow field was abnormal. |
