舰用航改燃气轮机通用控制系统研制及应用

摘    要:为了为国产燃气轮机数控系统的选配提供1种低成本、可靠、易用的解决方案,开发了舰用航改燃气轮机通用控制系统.介绍了该通用控制系统的研制方法、应用以及总体研制方案,列举了各部件的设计原理和结构、设计特点以及技术性能指标.舰用航改燃气轮机通用控制系统采用模块化、通用化设计思想,EtherCAT实时以太网通讯技术,3余度的设计架构,提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期,降低了设计成本,提高了系统的可靠性,在燃气轮机控制领域具有非常广的应用前景.

Development and Application of GeneralControl System for Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Used in Ship

Abstract:In order to provide a low-cost, reliable and easy to use solution for domestic gas turbine control system. Development and application of general control system for aeroderivative gas turbine used in ship was described in this paper. The development of the whole scheme and the design principle, structure diagram, design features, technical specifications of each part were introduced. Modular and general design ideas were adopted, the real-time Ethernet communication technology and triplex structure design were applied, which improve the efficiency of design, shorten the design cycle, reduce the cost, and improve the reliability of the system. It has a wide range of application in gas turbine control filed.
