摘    要:为了综合优化转子系统跳动和初始不平衡量,通过分析多级盘转子结构同心度、垂直度与不平衡量参数的叠加机理及装配参数对不平衡量的影响关系,建立适当的优化目标函数,利用VBA计算程序进行优化分析;结合实践应用经验对跳动误差进行分析与修正,在各级盘装配相位关系的可行域内选择最优方案。结果表明:与传统堆叠优化方案相比,对某压气机盘鼓组件进行双目标优化能够使初始静不平衡量最大降低86%,有效提升转子装配质量,提高装配效率。该装配工艺优化方法对于航空发动机装配优化、分解检查及连接面质量评估等方面具有较强的工程指导意义。

Structure Assembly Technique of Multi-Stage Disc Rotor Based on Rotor Runout and Unbalance Optimization

Abstract:A appropriate optimization objective function was established and analysed using VBA program by analysing the superposition mechanism of the concentricity,perpendicularity and unbalance of multistage disc rotor structure and the effect relation of assembly parameters on unbalance for comprehensively optimizing the runout of rotor system and initial unbalance. Combined with practical application experience,the runout errors were analyzed and corrected,and the optimal scheme was selected in the feasible range of assembly phase relationship between different levels of disk. The results show that the dual objective optimization of the disk drum assembly of a compressor can reduce the initial static unbalance by 86 percent and effectively improve the assembly quality and the assembly efficiency of the rotor compared with the traditional stacking optimization scheme. The assembly process optimization method has a strong engineering guidance significance for the aeroengine assembly optimization,decomposition inspection and connection surface quality evaluation.
