摘    要:针对3种层板冷却结构,通过改变填充比得到了其冷却效率。数值模拟和计算分析发现,随着填充比的增大,绕流柱面及靶面的对流换热能力变化很大,进气板面及进出气孔壁的对流换热能力变化较小,层板结构的冷却效率单调增大。试验结果表明:在层板设计中,应适当增大填充比来获得较优的换热特性。

Study on Effect of Filling Ratio on Heat Transfer Characteristics in Laminated Structure

Abstract:Aiming at three kinds of laminated structure,the cooling efficiency was obtained by changing the filling ratio.The numerical simulation and calculation analysis show that as the filling ratio increased,the convective heat transfer capacity of the flow varied greatly around a cylinder and the target surface,varied slightly around the plate surface and inlet and outlet holes wall,and the cooling efficiency of the laminated structure increased monotonically.The experimental results show that filling ratio should be appropriately increased to get better heat transfer characteristics in the laminated structure design.
