| Abstract: | The queuing theory was introduced briefly.The calculation and analysis were conducted on the task management for aeroengine assembly in a research institute by the queuing theory.The uncertainty of task completion time was taken as the key factor for the effect of wait queue length.The improvement method for reduction of queue length was presented with emphasis on reducing the fluctuation of task completion time. |
